There is some good stuff being written online and after a while I’ve got up with just a sample of some writing worth reading – enjoy. This is an outstanding entry challenging the view of Christianity that sees itself at the apex. Convicting, thought-provoking and so something worth considering on its own merits. Guy highlights […]
Read More Sites to See – July EditionIt is important that I put a disclaimer on the following comments. I don’t have a problem with leadership and submitting to it. I acknowledge the people God puts over me in life to whom I’m held accountable. Leadership is crucial in all areas of life. Likewise to a large degree the comments are not […]
Read More My Problem With ‘The minister’Sometimes life as a Christian can be performance-based. Especially in the type of churches that recognise a need to be more lively and participatory there can almost be schizophrenic approach to faith. I have banter with my colleagues and I’m texting quite often when the football is on. Yet for all that I really don’t talk often. By that I mean, I […]
Read More What Mattered Then – What Matters NowTony Evans. Got a lot of time for the guy, read a book of his and heard him speak on a few occasions and like where he’s coming from overall and essentially there’s no doubting He’s a Jesus hombre.
