They thought you were good for nothing. Hearing that so often gave you the impression they were probably onto something. Everything you did was to no avail.
Comparing those days to where you are now really is the difference between night and day. Accepting God’s call in your life means it doesn’t matter what others think or say. Looking to Jesus is all that matters now and learning from Him. Learning to see that to be a child of God is to be of all the use in the world for His glory.
