November. My kinda month. Although August to October hasn’t worked out as I’d like, I’m still very much grateful to God for the wonderful blessings that I’ve experienced in that time. I’m in a position now to blog more regularly now and I’m happier for that and it’s just in time for November. Have I […]
Read More Thank You For NovemberI found this to be a fascinating set-up in terms of getting people’s opinions on the identity of Jesus. Back to what I’ve said recently, these questions are not worth taking for granted. On the other hand, it’s also not worth getting too hung up about so as not to get te level of peace […]
Read More Who Is Jesus?Right off the bat I have to admit that I’m being a bit naughty with the heading of this post. One thingthe last three months have taught me again and again is that it doesn’t matter how much I believe certain things are permanent and unmoveable, as long as I live there will be no […]
Read More Back For Good (No, Not A Take That Tribute)I am still on an enforced sabbatical from blogging and am slipping this one through the net by means of good resources. Read More David – A Man After God’s HeartSo it’s my brother’s 32nd birthday today and it’s an honour and pleasure to celebrate such a significant step in his life’s journey. It’s also fitting to start his day with something he put together himself – as in wrote the song, performed the instruments, sang all the parts and compiled, edited and produced the […]
Read More Where He’s Coming From – All GloryThe Psalms are usually set to music and we don’t have the music notes to hand, which is why I love it when people actually do that themselves, especially when it works like a treat. In preparation for my brother’s birthday tomorrow, it’s definitely worth taking this in – to me it is a remarkably […]
Read More Psalm 142Yeah I know I’ve done this song before, but it’s worth doing again, cos I like it and it is a different singer singing it, so there! For His Name’s Sake Shalom dmcd
Read More Ledisi – Thank YouSo as you might have gathered, I’ve spent some time on the blog catching up with the Walter Hawkins tribute concert that took place earlier this year. Thanks to my sister who sent me a link to these videos showing at least one of his last performances fittingly singing ‘Marvellous’. Fitting because in most people’s […]
Read More Marvellous – Walter Hawkins’ Last Public PerformanceI’m a big fan of the character Stone Cold Steve Austin. You have not got the wrong blog, this is the entry you are meant to be reading in the right blog place. I do not condone his anti-authority stance. I do not condone his tendency to resolve matters by stomping and stunnering people into […]
