Meekly and humbly, he approached the Lord. It was not that long ago that he had encountered Him in a life-changing way. Sitting quietly alone in his room, he noticed there was something going on that required his attention. So, now was the time to approach the Lord. In the quiet of the room, he knew this was the time. Only him and the Lord. No one else.
Recounting the journey to this moment gave him pause for praise. Expressing thanks to God, he celebrated His faithfulness that enabled him to reach this juncture. Now could not have happened if it hadn’t been for all that God did. Experiencing this drew him closer to the Lord. What would happen from here?
