It is said that the only thing constant is change.
Recent events have helped me realise there is much to be said about change. The more I know about people, the more I realise I need to grow in heart and spirit to productively engage with them. What I know about someone yesterday won’t be enough to rest on for today. I need the capacity and that requires adjustment. That requires change.
That means engaging with the new will not be successful just relying on the old. It may include drawing on wisdom from the past, but it will still draw newness from me.
I am finding that very challenging at present. I hope to progress, I won’t make it on my own.
