20 for 20 #20 If There Was One …

According to the records, I’ve posted over 5,000 blog entries since the launch of the blog in 2005. I have not gone through every single one of those entries to reach this one and there’s every chance that another one might be worthy of selection. Yet when I thought about one entry I’d choose for someone to read me at my best, there was one that stood out in particular. Now, understand me clearly, it is reading me at my best withouot saying it’s the best one I’ve ever posted. There are so many other things I’ve written about that might be said to be better on various criteria. Yet this entry is one of those ones that I read that genuinely surprises me that I was able to flow so faithfully to what I wanted to share and express it so well. The entry in question was about first one I wrote following the time when my Mum joined my Dad in falling asleep until the trumpet sounds to wake them up.

Called, Goodnight Dad, Goodnight Mum, I am grateful to God for the privilege of writing and posting it. I commend it to you for your reading.

For His Name’s Sake
