20 for 20 #2 Wisdom Says What? Part 1

I sometimes hear my Dad say to get wisdom above everything else. I don’t know if my Dad ever really said that; it’s just something I hear in my mind. There are a lot of decisions that I made without wisdom that are great testimonies to the importance of getting wisdom. There are also decisions that I made with wisdom, which are proof positive of the great value in getting wisdom above all things.

To this very day, I am a grateful man for the advice that I received to get wisdom. Not just search for it, actively attain and apply it in all aspects of life. This partially explains why March Thru Proverbs was a significant part of this blog. It’s one of the series that I’m particularly pleased with, just for the way in which it highlighted the great value of wisdom as seen in the book of Proverbs. I even developed a series for YouTube a few years ago. If God sees fit to spare my life and give me the opportunity, I’d be delighted to have another March thru Proverbs on multiple platforms.

With so many entries to choose from, this is unlikely to be the only entry that focuses on worthwhile entries to read. So here’s a selection from the 2010 run:
