It does not come from out of nowhere.
It started somewhere and emerged in its final form from somewhere else. And the in between period is the important bit – it’s the process. It’s the decisions made, the environment cultivated, the approach best suited and executed for the desired outcome to be produced.
One person might have started the process and another person may benefit from the outcome, but it’s fascinating to see the one who brought about the growth.
