The issue is you. It’s not the circumstances, changes or disturbances. It’s you.
When things are allowed to accumulate in you without a healthy mechanism to process then, unsurprisingly, you are ill-equipped to deal with what’s going on.
Sometimes it’s good to get outside – not necessarily a call to roam the meadows, but an invitation to get outside of your head and be at peace, rest, recuperate and be refreshed and recharged.
Hopefully that will provide a renewed mentality to engage with the issues with the wisdom God provides.
