It is by no means the finished article. Clearly there are areas of improvement and there are issues to be addressed for sure.
What is also undeniable, though, is that there are clear signs of progress. It’s not what it used to be, there is movement and evidence of the commitment to develop.
As long as those signs are still evident, even if they don’t meet the expectations of others, it’s important to acknowledge those signs, be grateful and follow them to the success ahead.
