Nothing should contaminate or spoil the mind. Anxiety and worry will do that. It’s not easy to deal with that. It is important that it’s dealt with.
The invitation is made to communicate with God in various ways and be clear in what ails you and trust Him.
Express it clearly. Know that He cares. Know that He clears so you can operate with a pure mind for Him.
This happens as His peace that surpasses all understanding ensures you stay right in Christ.
