It is good to be respectful when listening to what they say about you. It is good to considerately take it on board.
Just because it is onboard doesn’t mean it has to stay. If it does not fit what God says about you. If it does not support His perspective of your identity, throw that view overboard.
You don’t have to be crude but you do have to take that action. All that can stay on board is what will help take your ship to its destination.
