It was said in a very simple understated manner, but it was still profound and deeply moving. Sitting on the settee as he was, Malcolm simply shared how the ability to encourage someone is such an incredible gift to appreciate.
He said it after he himself was encouraged by Kevin next to him. Again nothing over the top and flashy, just simple, heartfelt and warm. Malcolm acknowledged that and received it. Used it as the basis to encourage all of us who heard.
And encouraged us to encourage others.
