Save us from our dependence on ourselves that lets us down. Save us from thinking that having more will make more us when it only lessens us.
Save us from the delusion of believing we have the answer to the problem when what we actually have is another expression of the problem.
Save us from our tendency to idolatry. Save us from our foolish decision to look to live without You.
Lord, save us.
