There is a fine balance to be struck.
There is the freedom of the individual and the needs of collective. This balance has to be struck so that the individual is valued in the context of the collective’s effort being achieved. For when the collective progresses and achieves that should have a positive effect on the individual, just as when the individual prospers, it should have a constructive effect on the collective.
This happens, however, only when each knows its role.
