She came highly recommended.
It was just as well. The place looked a mess and there was no way it could be tended to as it was. It required an expert.
So she came and did an excellent job. Far better than expected.
So well in fact that an agreement was made for her to regularly do the job.
From there things evolved so it was more than doing a job, it was about sharing life.
