Have you done your exercises?
It’s good for you.
Do something to raise your heart rate. Do something to generate mobility in your limbs. Do some push ups, do some squats. Why don’t you get one of those circuits that you can do from the safety of your home. You don’t need all the gym equipment, you should have enough in your home to do the routines. Set yourself to do it every day and not only should it help you with staying active and fit, but it can help with your state of mind as well.
Have you done your exercises?
It’s good for you.
Do something with what God has given you. If you can give, do something to give generously. If you can teach, look for an opportunity to help soomeone out with learning and developing their understanding. If you have faith, look to come alongside someone and agree with them and perhaps see how you can support them in trusting and believing. If you can sing, find some encouraging songs of hope and bless someone either by singing it to them live or sending a video of you singing it for them. If you can collect something to help a neighbour in need, do so as diligently as possible. If you can contact someone and pray with them or just listen to them share their fears, concerns and anxieties. If you’ve come across something inspiring, uplifting, motivating and constructively challenging share it with someone and see how it can have the desired impact of changed minds and changed actions.
