Dryden Shorts: Come To An Agreement

The table was spread with the glorious dishes they ordered.

Potatoes, rice, chicken, fish, coleslaw, greens, steak and more laid out – garnished, curried and set out with the look that made salivating automatic.

The two approached the table with a look of satisfaction that hid the excitement they actually felt.

It had taken many hours of tense negotiation, but here they were now able to share a meal having reached an agreement.

This would be the best meal yet.
