What used to happen was that she would be doing something and when she was distracted or disturbed she would get put off.
She felt it was unfair that no one seemed to care when these things happened.
She told a friend and received advice that gave her a fresh perspective.
Whenever she felt distracted or disturbed again, she acknowledged it and how it felt and learnt to make a note of it whilst moving on.
