You Can Afford To Take The Time Out

The show must go on. The world keeps turning. Time waits for no man.

Sentiments that appear to applaud the capacity to keep doing what you’re doing in every situation and circumstance. Some applaud this sentiment.

There are times, however, when it pays to get off the track. Go off the radar for a while.

There are times where restoration requires you not being available. Where to recharge you are not open to opportunities and your workload is reduced to the absolute minimum. Where to get the refreshment you identify that place away from it all and where you can pour out everything and be at the place to receive what is needed to address the next steps.

It’s not easy to do that. It’s all too easy to clog up the time away with the things that were concerning you on the cycle. It’s too easy to be absent from the place of rest in mind even when you’re there in body. That is all too easy and counterproductive.

It’s worth the effort to get off the track from time to time. Experience renewal, refreshing and revitalisation from being in a place mentally as well physically that doesn’t have the demand on you, but is able to serve you away from the show and the regular activities.

You can afford to take the time out.
