You Will Need To Be Clincal

It’s important to be compassionate and caring.

People need to know that you care for them and are keen to be empathetic to their issues. That is such a tremendous hallmark of loving communities and good people.

You will still need to be clinical, though.

There are some decisions that need to be made which will put people off you, which will upset people and leave some feeling confused and hurt by the decision. You could spend time looking to get them on-side and appease them. You could invest a lot of energy to see if you can bring people around to your way of thinking. You could do all that – and fail dismally in the effort.

The decision will still have to be made. You still have to press on. You have to focus on the deicsion that has been made and you just have to be clinical.

If you are not clinical, you could mess up in the decision you’ve made. You could seriously compromise the value of that decision to such a degree that you might as well have not made that decision and you;kk end up being the loser in the situation in your bid to be amenable.

With right at stake, there are times when you need to be firm and focused and stick to the position. Just do that and then afterwards you can see the fruit of your efforts. You can see the benefit that was there to be gained in the long time.

You can enjoy all of that, if in the short term, you’re prepared to just be clinical.
