It’s not working as it should.
You could stay and commit yourself for the long haul. You could stay and hope to work the change that you want to see within the given parameters. You could stay and patiently endure the progress and setback and be able to finish your time knowing you’ve done your best.
You could move on and endeavour to take your experiences elsewhere and apply it to crafting something in a more engaging environment.
