When I come across themes repeated in scripture it indicates that the theme is important and it’s not always easily retained.
Prayer is one of the best gifts given for a growing relationship with God. The examples we have in scipture of prayer bear that out.
I don’t think praying is easy. Especially if you’ve been conditioned to approach praying in a way that makes you somewhat different to how you are elsewhere in life.
It’s not easy, but it’s so worthwhile.
