You ever gone through something and just had to hold out hope that however tough things get, at the end of the day it won’t matter much?
By that I mean, the end of the day is the cue for a brand new day. That brand new day is so promising, so filled with hope and will usher in such joy and peace abounding on the outside as well as within. That brand new day brings with it such a glorious presence, that in the end the things we go through now, it won’t matter.
It doesn’t stop the pain and suffering of today. It doesn’t erase the challenge of the misery that can be caused today. It is however the promise of a brand new day. It is the promise. That promise in itself is something worth holding onto.
When that promise is realised – all of this – it won’t matter.
