Is There Room to Flourish?

It’s not just that you need the space. It’s that the space has to be cultivated to be fit for purpose.

For some that space is physical. They need a certain size of area to be just right with the right dimensions in which the work can begin. It could be the size of paper on which they will draw or design. It could be the actual area in which they carry out the task.

More than that, though, there is the ability to cultivate an environment in which people can truly flourish which is about the emotional and spiritual atmosphere. What does that look like? How can that take place?

Not all of life is designed to do that. A lot of life is for the flourishing of something, but not necessarily of those that contribute to the something. The construct may produce and do so at a steady rate, but as long as that’s the case it is not about room for those within to flourish, it’s just about the construct ticking over.

Life does not have to be like that, though. It works for an old life, it’s definitely not what outlines a new life.
