Why Take On The Hassle?

Life is never meant to be easy.

Rich or poor, black or white, old or young, whatever your condition in life, this is not designed to be easy. There is plenty to keep it from being easy.

Why add to that? Why complicate matters further by adding on the hassle you already have? I’m not talking about why would you go out of your way to help somebody. No, that’s not what I’m talking about. I’m not talking about the desire you might have to bring peace to a tense scenario.

I am referring to the unnecessary adding of burdens. Adding of activities that on the surface appears to be for good, but is actually just more work, more tension with the likelihood of more stress for no actual reward.

Why do that? Where’s the wisdom there? Who is it for? How does it work towards that which matters in life?

Life is not meant to be easy – and it need not be made all the harder with unwise decisions that complicate matters. Just keep it simple.
