You are amazing.
When I see you and realise what a difference you’ve made in my life, it is the reason why I have to say you are amazing.
You give me a reason to live. You do this by example – showing me the life that you live and how I can live it as well. You bring people my way who help to shape me to be more in form rather than out of sorts. They all point me back to you and reflect you in some way.
You give me joy that is often difficult to verbalise. It’s like a rush of energy that explodes in wordless praise. It’s an exhilarating inner reality that informs my outlook.
You give me a way of looking at things that helps me when I get bogged down. Whenever events and situations appear to get on top of me, you put things into proper perspective. You remind me that as long as I breathe I can overcome that which looks to overwhelm – not out of bravado and machismo, but through humility and the abundant wisdom you provide.
You give me direction when I get lot and confused. It’s not always crystal clear, but through so many different routes and methods, you set me on the path and show me the next step and motivate my movement. One step at a time and each step taking me closer home – a home you have prepared for me, a home I get foretastes of in interactions with others who reflect you so well.
You give me so much and I am humbled and amazed at all. If there’s anything good that emerges from me at all, I know it’s all because of you.
Thank you.
