who would be on your list of acknowledgements?
A group of us was looking at what Paul of Tarsus wrote about in the final part of his letter to the church in Rome. The list of names there was quite something. It wasn’t even exhaustive. For all the names he wanted to be remembered and greeted, there were still others who were influential in his life that he could have added.
Not only were there those he gave a shout out too, there were those who were with him that wanted to give a shout out along with Paul.
Reading this list of people began to highlight the importance of relationships in the life of those who are sold out for the gospel. It is by no means a solo venture and people will come into the picture who can contribute to fulfilling the mission in life. If we but have the eyes to see them, acknowledge them and then support and serve them even as they seek to serve and support you.
So who would be on your list of acknowledgements?
