There is a lot of sound advice in this video. Advice I wish I had taken when I went through my own seasons of heartbreak.
In as much as this is less than five minutes of advice, it’s worth considering each point carefully and exploring the scripture references to see what is being said worked out.
A great danger in not addressing heartbreak is that never recovering properly can sow the seeds for even greater damage later on. That’s why it’s so important to work through the process of healing to avoid that outcome whilst embracing the healing that is on offer. It is by no means an easy process, but it is worthwhile.
