Just the Crew 

Crowds may be fascinated with the act, it’s only the crew that are on the inside given the insight on what makes it all possible. 

In as much as the crowd may get a kick out of the act, it’s the way the crew grow and improve that matters more. As relationships grow in the crew and their contributions help take the project to places never before considered. It is often more about the crew than the crowd.
