He could not help it. It came naturally to him. I saw him do it as easily as breathing.
He and I would be at the same place viewing the same thing and I would be there observing and offering the benefit of my ignorance as to what I observed. He on the other hand would say little, but move in and turn an innocuous situation into a goldmine. I would be offering my sympathy for the people, he would motivate those people to channel their energies into something productive and life affirming.
It came as no surprise then, that when people were mourning and bemoaning a negative situation that had occurred, he had that little smirk on his face. That smirk that said where others bewail the darkness, he saw a chance to shine the light. I look forward to working with him again to see what goodness he will bring out of it. He is the epitome of opportunistic for Jesus, I love to learn more from him.
