These are very important. To succeed in these areas at all is not just about the personality. It’s not just about the individual. It’s not just about that person at the front.
It’s about the interdependent connections. It’s about the husband and the wife together. It’s about the parents and the children together. It’s about the generations sharing their riches of wisdom and strength. It’s about the brothers from different cultural mothers interweaving their distinctive approaches in collaboration. It’s about the sisters from different cultural fathers mixing their gloriously diverse abilities to produce something marvellously greater than the sum of their individual parts.
For those great words to be established – it will take a team.
