I Am His: Statement of Ownership

I do not belong to myself.

I am not an independent entity answerable only to myself. My life is not my own and acts, thoughts and words to the contrary are delusional.

I am His.

He has control and is the One who directs my path. He is Lord of my life as well as creation and that has huge implications for what I do and who I am.

This is not an onerous burden, this is a liberating affirmation.
