Thank God for … Nourishment

I love the concept of being nourished.

It’s not just having food and drink physically, it’s more than that. It’s that which maintains complete health – food, drink, conversation, bathing, etc.

Sometimes I hear of those who lack essential resources like clean water. Efforts are made to supply it by the caring and compassionate. Yet some people with access to those resources can be some of the most malnourished around but because the physical keeps appearances nothing is ever changed. When the malnourished continue in their way they end up emaciated and that’s just as bad emotionally as it is physically.

There are people in my life who show great care and compassion and ensure I am nourished.

For that I am grateful.

For His Name’s Sake
Shalom
