Censorship is an interesting issue.
In some political regimes it is used as a form of social control. Anything that refuses to conform to a rule of being is to be banned. Those efforts to subdue freedom of thought and expression have at times lead to an underground movement of thought and expression that often highlight how silly it is and dangerous to suppressive alternative views.
If alternative thought is expressed it at least challenges the considered views to either further reinforce it or reform it or even in some cases completely replace it.
Alternatively there are other countries whose commitment to freedom of expression leaves a narrow definition of censorship which is determined by what is considered to incite hatred.
What would it be like, however, to truly live a life where we don’t have to be censored? Where we wouldn’t need to be censored because our hearts are pure to each other and so expression to each other is for each other’s development?
