Where We Are And Where We’re Going

I attended two meetings recently that reflected well on the importance on being aware of where we are and where we are going.

It’s not about looking at what we’re doing as wrong. There’s plenty to celebrate and recognise. It is being aware of the direction of things and sometimes how we do what we do now can hinder making progress to what we desire.

That’s something I am sure has implications both for me personally and also the groups and organisations to which I belong.
