Proven Track Record

Working in the employability sector involved getting to understand how to be successful in accessing employment.

Working through the process brought out some principles that made sense in all of life. For example in selecting candidates for the position a critical factor is experience. Employers know skills and qualifications are important, but those won’t mean as much as having the experience.

There’s saying you have experience and proving it. There are references and there is the portfolio of evidence highlighting the work. These together carry a strong argument as to why you are the one for the job.

Proverbs 8 goes through an outstanding CV of wisdom. Anyone looking for someone to help them succeed in making the most of life should read this CV and check out the references. Shaping the world from its beginning, coming from the very heart of God, the credentials are hugely impressive.

Look at the options. We could go through life depending on money, but as experience shows not only will money not buy you love it won’t always guarantee safety. We could depend on power, but experience shows for all the good it could do it could equally lead to great evil.

Whereas with wisdom you have something with a proven track record.
