It is incredibly tedious at times seeing the same people volunteer or selected to do the same task week after week.
It is also a bit tedious seeing church services consisting of a formula so rigid and predictable it could be recorded and repeated all the time.
A problem with this surrounds the pastor aa boss syndrome. Also linked to the thought that all church work in services rests on him giving THE message from God. It skews things significantly and can hinder whole body ministering. There is more to church than that. A great deal more.
Releasing members to serve in their best capacity, with hands-off oversight works at times. This is why the need without explaining to release all the Body to serve each other
The idea of ministering in the whole Body ia thrilling and excitement. For no one to know who’a in charge and that affecting the second leg. Thankfully we can break out and reach out to stimulate others.
What does ir mean? It means moving away from spectator services to all participate forums where you can feel as though whether spoken or unspoken, performed in a flourish or nervously making their way through. A church of all the talents keeps the focus on the Head where it belongs.
