H&S Risk Assessment for Sometown Church
I am pleased to report that Sometown Church (SC) operates in a very safety-first conscious manner.
All potential hazards such as people getting harmed by real nitty-gritty contact with that lives of others in the facility or beyond is minimised through the strictly observed and standardised routine of service.
Meetings are carefully crafted and conducted to ensure there is no space for undue or unexpected events such as prophecy or the like. The hierarchical model ensures the safe vetting of things to the preference of a single controller at the top often referred to as the minister or pastor who obviously runs the church rather than any other figure seen or unseen.
Those in attendance are allowed to spectate and observe as well critically assess what transpires. There is little in the way of any need for the risk of change that might be considered of any danger to them, the immediate facility locality or their circles of influence. And should such change threaten to occur, there are safeguards in place to quench such potentially destabilising passions and maintain the established order.
Although at times there maybe a risk of noise pollution, this is balanced by ensuing inaction unlikely to cause any harm. So settled and comforting is the life of SC that with the exception of minor petty squabbles, I can safely pass this as an organisation that meets the H&S standards we have imposed.
[I wonder if Jesus spoke to Sometown Church as he did to the seven in Revelation, if His report would be as complimentary. And I know not all 7 got glowing reports!]
For His Name’s Sake
Shalom
