I grew up in a church that rejoiced singing the song with lyrics that said the places I used to go, I’ll go there no more. In fact that was the case that church folk would avoid going to such places again. I’m glad for the testimony of John P. Kee sung so wonderfully in this song that leads him to actually go back to the places that he used to go for the purpose of sharing with them that they can receive the good news as he had.
I love how this testimonial is a motive for him to think that it could have been him, but as God spared his life it is his duty to go and give this life changing news to those in desperate need of it.
May that be the passion of those who have had a great change since they were born again.
