DMCD Songs: Mighty God/Outstanding – JPK & NLCC

I was reflecting to myself that it’s almost ten years since I was an active part of a church choir.   It feels like a lifetime ago.  I still have fond memories of those days and I was sniffing around to see arrangements and songs that set the standard for what choirs should be like.  Being a huge John P. Kee fan it was no surprise that I enjoyed his offerings more often than not.

I remember hearing this and watching this and feeling that this was the vibe, this was the deal, this was where it is at when it comes to choir stuff.  All these years and a virtual lifetime later I haven’t kept up to date with everything Kee has done and in as much as I still love me a good choir song I’m no longer in the loop as I was before.  Be that as it may, I give God thanks that in his Mighty Power He saw it fit to keep a record of how great He is through songs like this.
