DMCD Songs: If Heaven Was Never Promised – Andrae Crouch

I’m blogging so much about Andrae Crouch of late because I owe the man a huge debt of gratitude for all he did in developing my love for gospel music.  I remember hearing this song when I was a very small boy.  My mum used to tape things openly and when she did you could hear everything in the background. I would often yelp my delight at the song like this.

Nowadays I appreciate how much it will be worth just having the Lord in my life.
