Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. (John 14:6)
When speaking of the way, truth and life, taken separately we do not relate them to a person. The way is a journey or process. The truth is often regarded as statements to accept as fact. Even when we consider life in as much as it is lived with others, we don’t think of it as a person.
Yet here is Jesus revising all those original thoughts. Now to determine access to the Giver of all things, the question is no longer what is the truth, the way or life.
The challenge is now Who?
