Jesus Is … A Healer

He answered, “Whether he is a sinner I do not know. One thing I do know, that though I was blind, now I see.” (John 9:25)

The Kingdom of God – the rule of God Himself is marked by those who are sick being healed. Jesus Himself exemplified the rule of God in bringing healing to a great many people. Not in a flashy way to draw attention to it like a show – but as a mark of God’s intention to take this sin-sick world and heal it from without as well as from within.

To this day people can testify as this man who was born blind could say, once we were blind, but now, because of The Great Physician, we can see.
