Jesus Is … The Lamb Of God

The next day he saw Jesus coming toward him, and said, “Behold, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world! (John 1:29)

Centuries earlier a son asked his father where was the lamb for the sacrifice. The father said that God Himself would provide the Lamb.

This was the moment when the Father provided His Lamb. Look at the purpose of that Lamb as well and finally see what all those sacrifices were pointing to.

Now behold the Lamb and see how because of Him our sins are taken and we can be reconciled back to our Father.

Behold and thank God that we are clean and set free because of the precious Lamb of God.
