You’ve probably heard the phrase if you don’t stand for something you’ll fall for anything. Some of those quips contain depths of truth that we barely take the time to discover until life hits us in the face and we are challenged to see where we stand on crucial matters of belief. JPK’s song puts that across really well and also leaves us with the kind of hum on the ‘stand’ that I may have enjoyed once a bit too often.
