I like the concept of a homecoming ceremony so that when someone dies rather than getting all upset and everything, we actually celebrate the life that was and usher them home.
It’s not completely heartless towards those who mourn and this song is right for the occasion. I enjoyed watching it. May have a little quibble with the ‘don’t let the devil see you cry’ line, but that’s a minor thing in celebration of a brilliant song, brilliantly rendered by two men who are extremely gifted in the vocal department.
I wonder if we’re prepared for the death of our loved ones in the light of what the Word says our approach should be?
