So having completed the series on Law & Order: Spiritual Intent it’s onto new things and although previous entries might have alluded to it, the full extent of all things new has not yet been properly documented. I’m in the process of doing this for a future blog entry. I also hope there’ll be a new series of ongoing articles as well as more regular updates on how things are with me as time goes by.
In the meantime, I thought it would be good to just chill with a song that means the world to me as it is one of my favourite Stevie Wonder songs, which obviously means it’s one of my favourite songs full stop. The feel of the song tune-wise goes from somewhat melancholy to hopeful and it is in fitting with the encouragement in the lyrics. It would only be too easy to allow life’s issues to get you down or somewhat acting to survive, but if there’s one thing that life tells me it’s that the end is actually better than the beginning, so with that outlook in mind it’s best to face things with a smile rather than a frown. Especially on the basis that at the end of the day frowns, tears and heartache will be eliminated, now is a good time to practice. This song acts as a tremendous fillip for those frown times in life.
As to what is up with the gentleman Christopher Dryden, there be so much to inform you on and so much for which your prayers are desperately needed … but all in good time. At present, I’m grateful to God for quite a lot, especially as L&O: SI pointed out, I’m being ever moulded into the image of the Father’s Son the easy way … and the hard way. More is on the way, in the meantime, enjoy that which is below as a word of encouragement for whatever situation you may be going through.
For His Name’s Sake
Shalom
C. L. J. Dryden
